Cancellation Policy
You may cancel/reschedule your appointment online if it’s more than 24 hours in advance.
After that, the policy is as follows:
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours:
• Non-members: 100% fee.
• New members: 100% fee; remaining session stays active.
• Existing members: Session forfeited; new membership required to rebook.
No call / no show:
100% fee applies (for non-members; for members where applicable) and the client will be banned from future bookings.
